beautiful! i love the delicate lace with the washed denim! where were these taken? i have been procrastinating most of this weekend so i have to stay indoors and type reports :(
they're taken in maxwell park, which is a nice little park just around the corner from me. i started to write a little bit about it but it sounded like a suburban lonely planet guide so i deleted it. i do want to point out that it has an award winning train station!
i feel your pain, i handed in two huge projects last week and i have an exam on saturday. i've not sat an exam in years! i'm almost relieved it's clouded over now. good luck with your reports!
It's growing quite fast now, it's below chin length at the moment! It needs cut quite badly though, it just won't do anything at the moment and it's so bulky and bleugh. I've been looking at clip in extensions....!
I also want to comment on your hair - it looks so vintagey and sleek! My hair would never ever look like that in hot weather so I am beyond jealous. What are your tricks?! x
My hair's been such a nightmare lately so I'm pretty chuffed at the compliments! It's really bulky and unmanageable just now so I've been desperate to find ways to wear it up, but since it's at a bob length it's hard to tie it back. I backcombed and pinned it with kirby grips in sections, using this youtube video as my guide http://youtu.be/DmNySvo1fic Once I had it in a half-up/half-down style I sort of gripped and twisted the bottom half of my hair as if I was putting it into a french roll, then I stuck kirby grips in it until it stayed put. This is the hardest bit because of the length and it might take a few attempts. Then I used a few more kirby grips to pin up the little straggly bits at the nape of the neck. I think it turned out quite well this time but it was quite serendipitous and I've been experimenting with this way of pinning my hair up for a few weeks now. Sometimes it works out ok and sometimes it's a mess! In terms of products, I blew a wad of cash last month on bumble and bumble's texture creme which has given my hair a lot of 'grip' and made it much easier to wear up. I also have some dry shampoo in there and lots of hairspray! Hope this helps! At first if you do not succeed try and try again!

"it sounded like a suburban lonely planet guide"
hah! difficult not to suppose when talking about a city park. an award winning train station? how does a station win an award, i'm intrigued!
I really love your hair in this post! Makes me yearn for shorter hair to pin up easily xx
